May Team Meeting

Lisa Henderson demonstrator make & take paper Stamp & Create Team Stampin' Up! stamps Team Meeting

Hello!

I can not believe how quickly time has been flying by!  Somehow, I can't seem to keep up, but I am trying!

I thought I would share with you some photos from our team meeting on Monday night.

First up, my favourite part, swap cards!  I love seeing what my team has been creating!

This one is by Kris Belliveau.  I love how she cut out the centre of the cake!

This one was from Michelle Lavoie.  I loved the fact she did the emboss resist technique!

This one was from Amanda Farlinger.  I love the colours on this one, and how it tied into our make & takes (more on that in a bit!).

This one is by Amy Grendel.  I love the peekaboo window to the sentiment!

This was my contribution.  A quick and simple one, but I made 40 as I needed more for another project.  This is also a brand new stampset that will be available June 1st!  It was designed by one of our million dollar achievers, in memory of her mother who had recently passed due to cancer.

After swaps we did a make & take.  This month, Amanda Farlinger designed our make & take--she did an amazing job!

And she even went the next step, and did a card with a colour swatch for reference:

She also made a few more great samples using the same stampset (which is also brand new and coming out in June!):

A new colour combo:

(Funny story - we all agreed the card above the background kind of looked like gum drops, and that if you added wink of stella, they'd really look like gm drops!)

This one might actually be one of my favourites!

Aren't these great?  I was so impressed!

Want to join in?  Join my team!  We meet every month, on the first Monday of the month (unless there is a holiday, then we push back a week usually).  The kit itself is a phenomenal deal at $135 (including shipping) for $165 worth of any product you choose--even presale items!  You can join at www.lisahenderson.stampinup.net/jointhefun

Hope you have enjoyed!

Lisa
