Hello!

I hope that you are able to share Good Friday with your loved ones today, one way or another.  It may be a phone call, a zoom call, a facebook chat, or a card.  But hopefully you are able to connect, even if it is just a bit different this year then normal.

My friend Tamara Bertram is one of those rare people that is always able to sense when someone needs some sunshine in their lives.  A few weeks ago, I was having a rough day with the COVID situation, I happened to go out to grab the mail, and inside was this beautiful card.  She somehow manages to do this EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.  She lives in Alberta, and I live in Ontario, so it's not like she can just drop one off on her way by.

She has inspired me to actually send more cards.  Trust me, it's almost always what people need.  Now is a fantastic time to #sharesunshine so if you can, take a little time today, make some cards, get some addresses and stamps, and get them in the mail.  Your loved ones need it.  I guarantee it!

To make this card, cut a piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock to 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4" to create a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card base with the fold at the top.  Cut a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" Whisper White cardstock and a 3 3/4" x 5" piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.  Adhere the Whisper White to the card base.  Emboss the Rich Razzleberry panel with the Country Floral embossing folder.  Use a sponge to rub Craft White ink to the flowers.   Craft Ink takes a while to dry, but once dry, adhere to the card base.

Stamp the butterflies in Rich Razzleberry on Whisper White cardstock.  Punch with the butterfly punch.  Stamp the Sentiment in Rich Razzleberry on Whisper White cardstock, and punch with the Story Label punch.  Cut a piece of Vellum to approx. 3 1/2" x 3/4", and notch on each end.  Adhere the vellum to the layered card base.  Adhere the stamped sentiment using dimensionals.  Adhere the butterflies using dimensionals.  Sprinkle on the Rhinestones.

Enjoy!
